Dana Bos is the Director of Client Relations and Development at CompassCare. She has over 10 years of experience in homecare, and is a certified member (CMC) of The National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and member of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). Dana has a background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in hospitality. She has always had a deep love for working with seniors, volunteering in a nursing home throughout high school and college. She is passionate about aging in place and improving the lives of older adults, and is dedicated to working with clients and their loved ones to establish innovative and personalized plans of care. She oversee the CompassCare’s Client Service Team to ensure exceptional service and to meeting the ongoing needs of each and every client. Dana graduated from George Washington University with a bachelors degree in Psychology, from New York University with a masters degree in Food and Nutrition, and from Hunter College’s Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging with a certificate in Geriatric Care Management.

Coleen has dedicated her 30-year career in the Nursing profession working in acute care settings including home health and home hospice care both in direct patient care and in nursing leadership roles. She holds a master's degree in nursing leadership and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. Coleen is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and is also an Aging Life Care Advanced Professional (ALCA ®) member. She brings her experience to private home care at Compass Care as a resource, ensuring the highest quality of care to clients in their home.

Mandy Blake-German serves as Business Development Manager at CompassCare, where she leads referral partnership development. A Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Mandy brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, oncology support, behavioral health, and community-based care. Throughout her career, Mandy has held leadership and relationship-development roles with organizations including BAYADA Home Health Care, the American Cancer Society of Pennsylvania, Silver Hill Hospital, and an international NGO in Ghana, West Africa. Her diverse background provides a unique understanding of the clinical, emotional, and practical challenges faced by older adults, families, and the professionals who support them.
Mandy earned her LMSW with a concentration in Administration from Columbia University. Her clinical training and extensive healthcare experience allow her to collaborate with physicians, care managers, social workers, discharge planners, and senior living professionals as a trusted peer and resource. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that improve access to exceptional care and help older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged in their communities.
Known for her relationship-centered approach, Mandy believes that the strongest professional partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to serving families with dignity and compassion. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring waterfalls, farms, and museums.

Pamela Coll is Lead Care Service Manager at CompassCare. She has over 15 years experience in medical management and client relations. Pamela joined us from Montefiore New Rochelle as Private Practice Manager and GI Department Coordinator. She is focused on building relationships founded in trust and respect and is committed to ensuring exceptional, compassionate care. Pamela graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a degree in Fine Arts . When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, long walks and summer days at the beach.

Angela Halstead is the Talent Group Manager at CompassCare. She has two decades of years of experience in the homecare field, and spent 17 years at Home Instead Senior Care where she was a Staff Coordinator/Office Manager. She comes from a large family, and caring for elderly family members comes naturally. She is the proud parent of a soldier and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful grandchildren. Angela studied Special Education at SUNY Old Westbury.

Fran is the Corporate Controller at CompassCare. She has years of experience in the corporate world, serving in a variety of capacities in the accounting area and in companies and industries such as a concierge urgent care company as well as a vitamin IV infusion company. She also worked for a number of years with the accounting and tax advisory firm Frankel, Loughran, Starr & Vallone.
Fran’s interests extend past ‘numbers’ and is a fitness enthusiast and Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. She is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and resides in Connecticut with her husband and son.

Grace Quinde-Lucin is the Scheduling/Staff Coordinator at CompassCare. She has been with the company for almost four years and has recently transitioned from her position as a CCA to being part of the Office Staff at CompassCare.
Grace is a team player who is passionate about helping others. During her previous role as a CCA, she was fully committed to helping clients, consistently providing outstanding care for them.
In her new role, Grace continues helping clients by helping to assist with scheduling, in the recruitment and onboarding CCAs, and more. She graduated from University Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Guayaquil-Ecuador with a BA in communication.

Holly is the Senior Operations Manager at CompassCare. With more than 20 years of operational leadership within the healthcare industry, she is an experienced operations professional committed to strengthening the delivery of high-quality home health care. Holly graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and began her career in long-term care. It is here where she gained firsthand insight into the unique needs of aging populations and developed an unwavering commitment to ensuring every patient receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.

Amanda Mae Bendlin serves as the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at CompassCare. With a strong background in hospitality, Amanda Mae brings a commitment to excellence, ensuring the CompassCare team consistently delivers top-notch service to its clients. Highly organized, detail oriented, and personable, Amanda Mae plays the important role of supporting both the Client Team and Talent Team at CompassCare.
Her passion for homecare began years ago while caring for her grandparents, which has fueled her dedication to providing compassionate support to others.
Amanda Mae earned a degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Delaware. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs and spending quality time with her family.
